Gen Mgta style of leadership based on the leader’s exceptional personal qualities. Charismatic authority is one of Max Weber’s three types of legitimate authority. A charismatic leader is set apart from others by special qualities that inspire employees to follow and obey of their own free will. This is similar to the great man theory of leadership. -
